Quilting your Legacy Monthly Challenge for July is Christmas in July!

Do you also love making and creating presents for your favorite people? However, when the calendar gets to December, there isn't enough time to get the projects done? I know I'm not the only one. Hence why I'm so excited about Christmas in July!

The December holidays are a time to step back and reflect on how we can show our favorite people we love them. A handmade gift could include a quilt, a new table topper, tree ornament, or so much more with needle and thread.

Whether it's the holidays or a special occasion, handmade gifts are always beautiful to give and to receive.

Stitching someone a homemade present represents dedication. It also represents love because you're taking time out of your busy day to spend time on a project.

Quilting your Legacy means you're leaving lasting sewn projects with love to your favorite people.

Being a Legacy Quilter's entails being a superhero with needle and thread. Not everyone can whip up a quilt in a weekend for the newest baby on the way or take a month or so sewing a wedding quilt, but yet you can.

When reflecting on your past projects, who haven't you have, you made a homemade present for? What project have you been meaning to start or finish but haven't yet? Now is the time.

8 Reasons Why you should give homemade gifts to your favorite people:

1. Unexpected
2. One of a Kind
3. Thoughtful
4. Do what you love
5. A gift they will treasure
6. Share your talents
7. Personalization
8. Present for the person who has everything

Let's see the progress! Start (get crazy and post the middle and end of the project.

What will you create for one or more of your favorite people?

Set your intentions now.

What to do next:

Day 2-30 Take a photo or write text with your tentative idea (or ideas) of what you're going to create.
