Quilting your Legacy Monthly Challenge for August is Autumn in August Quilts & Table Toppers!

🍁Yes, feature-rich colors of autumn in New England. Oranges, browns, reds, burgundy, deep purples, forest greens, and beyond.

You have the freedom to select your preferred projects, such as motifs for quilts, wall hangings, and table toppers that are perfect for the autumn season. These projects also feature Halloween-inspired quilts, table toppers, and more.

📣 We still have a few months until the leaves start changing colors, but let's prepare ourselves to embrace the true colors of autumn.

These colors include a range of warm tones earth tones such as orange, red, purple, brown, and more.

🧐 What could you make for one of your favorite people to enjoy on Thanksgiving Day?

🙋‍♀️

Creating a homemade present for someone shows dedication and love as you take time out of your busy day to make something special for them.

As Thanksgiving approaches, have you considered giving a hostess gift in autumn colors or creating a table runner pattern to enhance your tablescape if you are hosting the event?

Quilting your Legacy is a meaningful way to leave a lasting sewn project for someone you care about. ❤️

🚨The fine print:

Autumn in August Quilts & Table Toppers

You must show your progress. Start with taking a photo of the fabric/ pattern with what you will create.

1/2 points if you've started a project and are inspired or re-motivated to finish. But again, we must see where you're at now, then at the end of the month, the second photo of your finished project.

🚨What to do next:

Day 1-10 Declare the Facebook Group "I'm In," if you're going to participate month's challenge.

Day 2-30 Take a photo or write text with your tentative idea (or ideas) of what you're going to create.

Day 31 (or sooner) - Show off what you created within the guidelines by posting a photo.

The process is everything. So let's see and be a part of your quilting adventure!

Happy Quilting Your Legacy!

🚨 What do to next:

⒈ Go to Facebook and state, "I'm in!". Perhaps add a photo of the pattern, fabrics are chosen, or just text is fine too.
