Quilting your Legacy Monthly Challenge for December is Small Gifty Projects.

December is a brilliant time to reflect on the past year and review where you are currently in your Quilting your Legacy™ journey.

Reflect on the following questions:

👉 • Who have you not made something for in a while or ever?

👉 • What is in your stash right now that makes you think of someone, and you only need to find a pattern?

👉• What could you sew today (or on your next day off) to let someone know you're thinking of them?

Stitching someone a homemade present represents dedication. It also means love because you're taking time out of your busy day to spend on a project.

Seriously, when reflecting on your past projects, who haven't you made a homemade present? What project have you been meaning to start or finish but haven't yet? Now is the time.

Still not convinced?

8 Reasons why you should give homemade gifts to your favorite people:

1. Unexpected

2. One of a Kind

3. Thoughtful

4. Do what you love

5. A gift they will treasure

6. Share your talents

7. Personalization

8. Present for the person who has everything

What is a Small Gifty Project?

A small handmade gift could include:

  • Table topper
  • Potholder
  • Tree ornament
  • Bags or mini cloth zipper bags
  • Pincushion
  • Pillows
  • Thread catchers
  • Keychains or Gift tags

What will you create for one or more of your favorite people?

Set your intentions now.

The fine print:

Quilting your Legacy Monthly Challenge for December is Small Gifty Projects.

Full points when you:

• You must show your progress. Start with taking a photo of the fabric/ pattern with what you're going to create.

1/2 points if you've started a project and are inspired or re-motivated to finish the task to gift away during the December winter month Holidays. But again, we must see where you're now, then at the end of the month, the second photo of your finished project.

What to do next:

Day 1-10 Declare of the Facebook Group, "I'm In," if you're going to participate in the monthly challenge.

Day 2-30 Take a photo or write text with your tentative idea (or ideas) of what you're going to create.

Day 31 (or sooner) - Show off what you created within the guidelines by posting a photo.

The process is everything. Let's see and be a part of your quilting adventure!

Happy Quilting your Legacy!

Go to Facebook to point your starting photos before you finish them at the end of the month.
